PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
United States Army Cyber Center of Excellence, Fort Gordon, GA
Cyber Battle Lab, Army Futures Command – Electronic Warfare NCO, September 2019 – Present

Served as the only EW leader under AFC-FCC organizational chart that was responsible for all experimentation, proposals and testing set forth from ACM-EW and their requirements portfolio. Represented the CEMA operator throughout the development of Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) requirement documents, prospective material solutions, new capability training and testing, and operational utilization. Created processes to integrate operators earlier in requirement and material developmental stages to produce capabilities aligned with operator needs. Developed testing requirements, scenarios, and vendor selections for Electronic Warfare systems for more than thirty individual vendor technologies tested at four Cyber Quest field experiments while also facilitating the training environment for coalition partners. Evaluated all selected Electronic Warfare Systems, Served as an outside entity SME during the selection process of TLS-BCT. Purchased and tracked more than 4 Million dollars’ worth of equipment, developed proposals and training strategies to brief other Army unit commanders and Leaders. Customers included USSOCOM, PM EW&C, PEO STRI, C5ISR, AFC, USN, USAF, USMC, USAREUR, USARPAC, FORSCOM, TRADOC, Manuever Battle Lab, Mission Command Battle Lab, Intellignece Battle Lab, IEWTD, PdM EWI, as well as multiple other PM, PEO, PdM and Military units.

5-7 Air Defense Artillery, United States Army, Baumholder, Germany
S3 Operations NCOIC/ Electronic Warfare NCO, November 2016 – September 2019

Responsible for the day-to-day Operations of the only Air Defense unit within US Army Europe (USAREUR), coordinated the planning and execution of ten multinational events Directly responsible for all CEMA activities and events for the Eastern Germany as the only Electronic Warfare Technician under the USAREUR organizational chart. Tasked to serve as an OC/T for six rotational units at the Joint Multination Readiness Center (JRMC) in Hohenfels, Germany. Developed a new Army wide TTP during the first rotation in 2017. Deconflicted over 50 spectrum discrepancies with multinational partners at events held within Europe. Instructed the Romanian Army on how to better employ EW strategies into their mission planning processes.

III Corps, United States Army, Fort Hood, Texas
G6 Service Desk NCO/ Electronic Warfare NCO, October 2014 – November 2016

Represented the G6 staff as a classified and unclassified system administrator for all VIP support to III Corps including working with the Commanding Generals staff. Subsequently served as the Service Desk NCO and Telephone Control Officer for the installation, managing a contract of 1886 devices and over 150,000 personnel and computer accounts. Coordinated and planned with the III Corps G3 to execute all Electronic Warfare tasks and begin the restructure of personnel to higher echelons and assisting to drive the multi-domain requirements. Fully engaged in all account creation as well as Cyber Security protocols within the headquarters. Responsible for ensuring the Network and Servers maintained operations.
