Sales Manager is an essential player in the success and sustainability of clients existing and future business. The incumbent is responsible for identifying and implementing effective sales strategies, managing and developing the sales team, proactive customer management, and driving revenue growth.

 

 

 

. Create and execute a strategic sales plan that meets our Company’s sales objectives and sales
targets.
2. Lead, mentor, and motivate sales team to ensure quotas are met.
3. Work with the marketing team to manage the Company’s CRM to nurture leads and retain
customers.
4. Prepares, promotes, and attends annual industry tradeshows.
5. Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities, emerging customer needs, gauge
competition, and stay abreast of industry trends.
6. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and enforce
corrective actions.
7. Collaborates and manages sale representative relationships by monitoring performance, setting
goals, and identifying marketable products that align with their territory and customer base.
8. Work with the finance department to develop and manage the sales budget and ensure that
expenses meet budgetary needs.
9. Manages the distribution channel by managing point of sales, inventory analytics, forecasting
and achieving monthly distribution orders.
10. Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them.
11. Performs other duties as assigned.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in CRM Software.
• Proficiency in ERP Software; Infor CloudSuite preferred.
