Position Summary

The Antenna Engineer will support the design, fabrication, testing, and evaluation of a variety of antenna elements. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to innovative engineering solutions in a collaborative environment.
Required Education, Experience, and Skills
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Electrical Engineering
• Hands-on experience with the fabrication, troubleshooting, and testing of antennas such as spiral, horn, biconical and/or omnidirectional designs.
• Must be a U.S. Person (citizen or green card holder)
Desired Skills
• Experience with antenna design and electromagnetic simulation tools (e.g., CST, FEKO)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in hands-on engineering work across diverse antenna topologies
• Demonstrated ability to learn independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong academic background in microwave engineering or related coursework
• Experience in technical documentation, proposal development, and presentations

Compensation:  commensurate with experience
