Job description

The Electrical Engineer works as part of an interdisciplinary team and under the supervision of a Senior Electrical Engineer on a wide variety of design, simulation, fabrication, and prototyping, as well as testing and data analysis tasks. 
The Electrical Engineer supports the team in the development, validation, and troubleshooting of leading-edge devices used in modern wireless communications and sensing systems. 
A successful applicant will demonstrate strong interest in research and development, excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, good oral and written communication skills, and an ability to work with their hands in the lab creating experimental setups and conducting measurements. 
Qualifications and Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering
• Good working knowledge of electrical laboratory test equipment (familiarity with RF test equipment, such as VNAs and/or spectrum analyzers is a plus)
• Basic knowledge of data collection, processing, and analysis practices
• Solid understanding of fundamentals of Electromagnetics and Linear Circuits
• Hands-on prototyping skills, including soldering, attaching surface-mount components, and working under a microscope
• Familiarity with LabView, MatLab, and scripting desired but not mandatory
• US Citizenship or Permanent Residency
