Client designs and builds world-class ultra-low phase noise crystal oscillators, synthesizers and RF
systems. These products are key Components in commercial and military radars and in communications systems built for
mission critical applications. We are seeking a highly technical individual to serve as a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will work with our
customers and our designers to use existing technologies to design and manufacture electronic systems and
products required for a fast paced military market, and to identify and help develop new technologies that will change
the state-of-the-art.

The Sales Engineer will analyze customer requirements, work with customers to define specifications, and write detailed
technical proposals. Within the proposal, you will develop cost and pricing studies and ensure that the proposed
solution will meet customer's needs and our financial goals.With our financial staff, you will review the cost analysis of completed jobs, provide sales forecasts to assist with
scheduling and budgeting, and recommend actions to improve both the company’s financial position and to add significant value to the customer.You will interface with our customer’s engineers and contracts people and provide exceptional customer service.You will learn the precision time and frequency market, and follow industry changes to understand what is needed in the marketplace and to communicate what will be needed in the future.

Work is in our Austin, TX facility, this is not a remote position.
The applicant must be self-motivated, have the ability to work on multiple tasks and have excellent organizational and
follow-up skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are also required. A high ethical standard is necessary.
Specific qualifications include:

• A Bachelor’s Degree, in Engineering, Technology, Science or Mathematics. Directly applicable experience in
electronics in lieu of a degree may be acceptable
• A minimum of five years’ experience in engineering and/or technical sales.
• Experience with military programs, requirements and documentation.
• Proficient in MS Office, Word and Excel.
The applicant must be a lawful permanent resident of the United States. He or she will be subject to a government
security investigation in order to obtain a government security clearance.
