The Regional Sales Manager will manage and oversee day-to-day sales activities for fiber optic and aerospace components in their territory .


Duties & Responsibilities
Meet and surpass sales and revenue targets as set by the company for both the Territory and Key Accounts.
Accountable for day-to-day sales activities including but not limited to forecasting, web requests assignment and timely response, bid/quote delivery and pipeline accuracy.
Oversee the on-boarding process to meet company short-term and long-term sales and revenues objectives.
Increase the company presence in the Territory by making recommendations to the Sr. sales manager to recruit and develop new sales reps.
Develop a solid and trusting relationship between Key Accounts and the Company.
Plan and present reports on Key Accounts progress, goals, and monthly/quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders.
Provide detail annual review (strategy, forecast, issues) and quarterly updates for each Key Account.
Coordinate with the management team and company personnel including Industry Managers, Sales engineers Manager, and senior management to meet Key Accounts.
Proactively address customer issues and make sure they are closed to the customer satisfaction.
Make recommendations and participate at sales events, trade shows, conference, seminars, and webex to promote the company products jointly with local representatives.
Manage and ensure processes are in place to respond, qualify and follow-up leads and requests from sales events, (trade shows, conference, seminars, and webex), marketing activities (publication, social media and other) or other activities

The Individual
Proven work experience of 10+ years as a Sales Account Manager/Territory Manager, selling high-speed interconnect solutions and RF components to the defence, avionic and aerospace customers in the Territory.
Comprehensive understanding of aerospace and/or military and/or avionic industry interconnect technologies and trends.
Excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
Experience of managing multiple systems and projects.
Efficient and process driven approach.
Proven track record in sales growth and Territory/Key Accounts management.
Able to rapidly learn the FOCOM products/solutions, competitive advantages and provide technical training to representatives and customers in the Territory.
Strong track record of customer relationship management.
Results Driven, taking ownership of achieving a desired outcome
Must be US Citizen
