Position Summary
We are looking for a motivated Vice President of Sales, Business Development and Marketing to help us find, engage, and manage customers in the 5G cellular, fixed wireless, satellite communications, and communications infrastructure markets. You will work in a fast paced environment with a team of experts developing world-class MMIC GaAs and GaN mmWave products. You will find and bring new opportunities to client growing customer relationships and securing long-term design wins.

Responsibilities
Find and engage new MMIC IC customers and partners in the 5G cellular, fixed wireless, satellite communications, and communications infrastructure markets
Develop long-term relationships with key technical/non-technical decision-makers
Clearly communicate clients value proposition to both technical and non-technical customers
Provide product roadmap inputs based on customer feedback and engagement
Own customer marketing presentations for clients product portfolio and roadmap
Develop on-line marketing strategy including website content, press releases, and social media
Manage customer programs, coordinating between the customer and client teams: including applications engineering, operations, and sales
Effectively advocate for the customer 
Travel as needed, roughly 25-50% (mostly domestic US)
Qualifications Required
BSEE or equivalent
10+ years of RF semiconductor wireless communications experience in customer-facing engineering, strategic marketing, or business development roles
Sales, Business development and strategic marketing experience, including prospecting, customer management, planning, running meetings
Experience leading commercial negotiations and managing ongoing customer programs
Experience is usage and/or setup/management of CRM systems
Excellent communicator, highly motivated, strong negotiator
Desired Experience
MSEE or equivalent
15+ years in strategic marketing or business development roles in the 5G cellular, fixed wireless, satellite communications, and/or communications infrastructure market segments
RF or mmWave-specific product experience
