Job Description

Responsibility for International Account Management for broad range of Microwave and RF Components and Subsystems. Works with International Representatives to prospect, propose and close on orders from Assigned territories.

Essential Functions
Generates International Sales by working with International Representative organizations providing quotations and product support.
Qualifies new opportunities and works with Internal Stakeholders to provide quotations/proposals for catalog and custom RF and Microwave Components products.
Collects and Disseminates Monthly and Yearly Forecasts
Visits Territories and conducts Customer Visits with Sales Representative to prospect for new busines opportunities.
Participates in departmental projects and special assignments as needed to support inside sales staff and other internal stakeholders.
Monitors Market Trends for Products and programs and directs external Representatives toward established objectives.
Participates on Integrated Product Teams for Product Portfolio Shaping
Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 4 years previous Sales Experience in a Technical field, preferably RF and Microwave Industry
Outstanding Communication Skills and proficiency in all MS Office programs.
Ability to travel on 1-2-week business trips.
Ability to Navigate a complex product line, using expert interpersonal Skills to influence external and internal stakeholders toward the generation of new business opportunities.
