Job Description In this important position you will be responsible for the detailed design of the RF / high frequency low noise front end, including CMOS amplifiers, sample and hold, switched capacitor circuits, AGC amplifiers etc.. Work closely with layout designers to properly integrate your designs.
Requirements: MSEE/PHD and 5 years of RF IC design experience. Exceptional knowledge of layout and design capture of RF IC's using tools such as Cadence and HP ADS. Strong test and evaluation of RF IC's using a broad range of RF and mixed signal test equipment. Knowledge of RF design and matching, sub sampling and switched capacitors circuits, knowledge of RF IC layout techniques.
