Mixed Signal IC Designer (2)

Job Description            This key role is responsible for the RF IC mixed signal (analog with some digital) circuit design utilizing discrete time signal processing. You will develop detailed designs of stages including sample and hold, switched capacitors circuits, AGC low noise amplifiers.  Work closely with layout to properly integrate your designs.

Requirements:            MSEE with 3-5 years CMOS IC design experience.  Knowledge of layout and design capture of RF IC's using tools from Cadence and HP ADS.
