The ideal candidate will have a college degree and five years of managing a program management staff with expertise with multiple programs directly related with defense-related products, programs.  The position is directly involved with planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating functional department activities to achieve contract cost, schedule and performance requirements related to all assigned programs. Significant experience working with Marketing, Engineering, Contracts, and Manufacturing in the pursuit and execution of various programs both domestic and FMS (Foreign Military Sales) is essential.

Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
