Job Description

The Senior Antenna Engineer is responsible for leading the design and development effort of smart antennas in RF and Microwave frequency range.  Using  unique tunable dielectric material, , the Senior Antenna Engineer will lead and participate in the design and development of electronically scanning, as well as, frequency tunable smart antennas for frequency bands ranging form HF to Ka band and more.  Strong knowledge of all aspects of antenna engineering including antenna elements, feed networks, phase shifters and beamforming techniques, combined with  tunable materials technology will ultimately lead to novel antennas, which will be unique in the Market.

In addition, the Senior Antenna Engineer is required to

• Work with antenna, RF and Control Engineers to produce the best innovative designs that would utilize  tunable materials technology most effectively
• Interface with the Materials Department and mechanical designers to achieve optimum design geometries
• Interface with the manufacturing department to achieve high performance and low cost products
• Write technical proposals and white papers on novel antenna designs

Minimum Requirements

• M.S. in Electrical Engineering with 7 years or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering with 4 years experience: Antenna Engineering
• Experience with standard RF and antenna design and simulation tools, including 3D modeling
• Strong hands-on abilities in RF and Microwave antenna engineering and testing
• Must have excellent written and communications skills
• Should be able to work in a high growth environment
