Title:                 Filter Product Line Manager

Description

Currently seeking a Product Line Manager in Filter Products that will be responsible for designs, prototypes, and provides sustaining engineering support for custom electrical components and subsystems to customer specifications. During the development phase, serves as the project manager responsible for coordinating all aspects of the project to meet technical, schedule, and cost goals.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

·        Evaluate specifications, quote & write proposals in response to RFQ’s.

·        Design electrical circuits, components, and subsystems including computer/mathematical modeling, part/material/process selection and mechanical layout and packaging.

·        Perform circuit and reliability analysis

·        Coordinate with mechanical engineers, designers, and drafters to produce mechanical design and drawing packages

·        Directs technicians on test, tune, debug, and optimization of prototype circuits and components

·        Organize, schedule, and manage the full range of complex development projects

·        Conducts research and development: evaluates, develops, and documents new circuit and/or design techniques, including writing and evaluating software

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

·        Excellent oral and written communication skills, communicate with other employees, customers, and suppliers, follow prescribed directions and tasks lists, and participate in departmental team meetings and required training classes

·        Must have 7 years technical knowledge in electrical engineering discipline and full range of technical analysis and design

·        Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·        Must be able to work as part of a team, coordinate with other employees as required, and/or Lead or supervise employees in Filter Engineering Group.

Education:

BSEE ; MSEE preferred
